Just as we craft our boots, lifestyle shoes, running gear, sandals, and slippers with care, we handle your returns with the same attention to detail. We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your LittleFeet experience.
Return & Exchange Guidelines
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Products must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging should be included when possible
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Worn slippers & slides
- Personalized or custom-made footwear
- Items purchased during final sale promotions
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Our Team

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. This number must be included with your return.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) with the original packaging if possible. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive an email notification once your return is processed.
Refund Information
Refund Timeline
- Credit card payments: 5-10 business days after return approval (processing time depends on your bank)
- PayPal payments: 3-5 business days after return approval
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Information
Exchange Timeline
Exchanges typically take 10-15 business days from when we receive your return to when your new item ships. You’ll receive tracking information once your exchange ships.
Exchange Shipping
Standard shipping fees apply for exchanged items. If the new item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference. If lower, we’ll refund the difference.
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and expedited replacement.
Note: LittleFeet Hub Shop reserves the right to refuse returns that don’t meet our policy requirements. In such cases, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
