Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to serve our global customers (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas):
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (orders over $50): Delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after shipment
International Customers: Please note you may be responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by your country. These fees are not included in your order total.
Returns & Exchanges
We want every LittleFeet purchase to bring you joy. If your boots, lifestyle shoes, running gear, sandals, or slippers don’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.
Our Return Policy
- 15-day return window from delivery date
- Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging should be included when possible
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Worn slippers & slides
- Personalized or custom-made footwear
- Items purchased during final sale promotions
How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Our Team
Email us at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange (name, size, color)
- Reason for return/exchange
- Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)
Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) with original packaging if possible. Clearly mark the RMA number on the package and ship to:

Step 4: Processing Your Return
We inspect returns within 3-5 business days of receipt. You’ll receive email notification once processed.
Refund Information
- Credit card payments: 5-10 business days after approval (depends on your bank)
- PayPal payments: 3-5 business days after approval
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Information
- Timeline: 10-15 business days from return receipt to new item shipment
- Shipping: Standard fees apply. Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange free return and expedited replacement.
Remember: LittleFeet Hub Shop reserves the right to refuse returns that don’t meet our policy requirements. In such cases, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
