5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition with tags attached. Original packaging should be included when possible.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

5.4 Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days (credit cards) or 3-5 days (PayPal). Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

Exchanges take 10-15 business days from return receipt to new item shipment. Price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
